Here is our evolving position on the "Hold Policy" which will be posted eminently on the web-site:

"We are in the process of revising our "hold" policy and are contacting all of our e-mailers who currently have a phone "on hold". Previously, we have "held" phones back from active sales while our e-mailers "thought about making the purchase and/or negotiated their price". Effective immediately, we are no longer "holding" phones back from active sales until a price has been agreed upon and we have a commitment that "the check is in the mail."
